City of Placentia releases Notice of Inviting Sealed Bids for Emergency Operations Center Renovation
Project No. 2016-15
Bids are due on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.
Location: and will be opened shortly thereafter by the Public Works Department in the Administrative Conference Room.
The engineer’s estimate for this project is $140,000.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held at City Hall located at 401 E. Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870 on June 30, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.
FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE SHALL GIVE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
BID ITEMS INCLUDE:
- Minor demolition work,
- New electrical outlets and systems
- Interior building improvements
- Remove Existing PCC Sidewalk Panels
