The City of Placentia RFP-Police Station Lobby ADA Improvement Project

Project No. 2016-20

Scope of Work:  Providing all labor, materials and equipment to complete ADA renovations to the Placentia Police Station Lobby.  This work involves demolition work, reconstruction of existing restrooms to meet ADA standards, along with other interior and exterior building improvements.

The engineer’s estimate:  $151,706.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held at the Placentia Police Station Lobby located at 401 East Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870 on Thursday, February 16, at 2:00 p.m.

Failure To Attend The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Shall Give Cause For Rejection Of The Bid.

Bids Due: on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. to the City Clerk’s Office and will be opened shortly thereafter by the Public Works Department in the Administrative Conference Room.

City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
